If you have received
spam (unsolicited email) from a Sat-Com customer or server, if there has been
a hack attempt from our network, or there are other issues we should be aware
of, please email
abuse.
Sat-Com clients who
have received spam (unsolicited email) should attempt to identify the
originating ISP and contact their abuse or spam department (typically
abuse@there domain). If you are unable to do so, please forward the message
with full headers attached to help
and we will assist you. Please note that without the headers there is nothing
we can do. If you need help and finding the headers go
here.
